15 Barbell Roll Outs
**MEANT TO BE HEAVY, NOT A WEIGHT TO GO UNBROKEN.
**MAKE SURE ROLL OUTS ARE SLOW & CONTROLLED.  Focus on maintaining a tight core as it fatigues.
