The Workout of The Day Is:


Shoulder Stability: Strict Press
8-6-4-2 (Increase weight each round)

2 Second pause at bottom.
7 Second pause at top of every other rep.

12 minutes AMRAP
10 Deadlift (135/95)
5 Pullups
5 Squats
10 Deadlifts
10 Pullups
10 Squats
**Pullups and Squats increase by 5 each round, Deadlift stays at 10 reps.
