What Is Your Goal?

Weight Loss & Toning

There are so many routes you can take to achieve the amount weight loss and toning you’re looking for. 

Here’s what we recommend as the BEST route for this goal:

  3. Try our Wellness Program. This is a great introduction into training with none of the intimidation. The only thing we require from you is to show up! We take care of the rest. One of our exceptional trainers will walk you through fun and engaging workouts within a small group.
  4. Maybe you want a more personal approach. We offer Personal Training to groups as small as 1 and as large as 8. You get to choose which coach you’re most comfortable with and build a schedule that maximizes your experience.

Athletic Performance

 If you’re wanting to get to the next level in your sport or the sport of CrossFit, look no further. Crescent City CrossFit has sent athlete’s to The CrossFit Games Regionals for 3 years in a row. We also work with athletes of all levels within our Personal training and sports specific programs. Any successful athlete will agree that success relies heavily on staying injury free (Check out our our on-site full service Chiropractor and Massage therapist CLICK HERE for more info) and surrounding themselves with like minded individuals. We push each other every day to be the best version of ourselves. This is a great incubator for any athlete. 

Health and Longevity

Health and Longevity are such perfect goals to have. The perfect training regiment provides a challenging stimulus, a focus on recovery and healing, and an actionable guide to staying healthy for a long as possible. 

We employ a few key concepts to ensure you are allowed to explore your potential for as long as possible. 

  1. Nutritional tools and tactics by Crescent City Nutrition
  2. Maintenance and recovery by Momentum Chiropractic and Wellness (They’re ON-SITE! Massage and Chiropractic)
  3. Functional capacity maintenance and improvement within our Wellness Program or Personal training. That’s a fancy way of saying: We keep you out of the nursing home. No one wants to rely on another person for simple daily tasks like getting out of bed or off the commode. Your ability to get down onto the ground and back to standing is the only thing keeping you independent. We work every day to improve your ability to move through a range of motion with strength, control, and efficiency. 
Endurance Performance

If you’re looking to build general endurance you should look into our Wellness Program. The Wellness Classes are guaranteed to improve your endurance. We’ve partnered with MyZone to provide Heart Rate monitoring for all of our clients. You will be able to access your training results and monitor your performance over time with our mobile heart rate monitoring application!

Check out our CCC-Runstoppables Running club.
-We provide a completely FREE running club that includes weekly programming for 1 mile, 5K, 10k, Half Marathon, and Full Marathon training!
-The CCC- Runstoppables meet monthly for a group training run (Some meet up more often). 
-The programming is free to use on your own. We also have Crossfit Endurance certified trainers on staff to help you with your run form. If you’re looking for form coaching you can inquire about personal training for running and we’ll link you up with pone of our Endurance coaches.

Crescent City Barbell Club is a registered United States of America Weightlifting Club (USAW).

Olympic Lifting Classes are hosted weekly.

We help you learn the techniques and assistance exercises to improve your weightlifting.
Crescent City Barbell Club has cultivated a welcoming space for anyone interested in weightlifting.
While we’ve been fortunate enough to send athletes to compete at the national level, we spend an equal amount of time and resources towards helping our members that just want to improve their strength, outside of a competitive atmosphere.
