How I discovered coaching

I started crossfit back in February of 2013 and haven’t looked back since. I have been a trainer for Crescent City CrossFit since 2014 and I am currently in school majoring in exercise physiology. I have always loved the idea that everyone has the potential to be great. I became a coach to express that idea. I love waking up every morning knowing that I have the opportunity to change peoples lives for the better. I am a movement fanatic!! I work hard to make sure that YOU work hard and to be apart of small special moments that can make someones day. I am constantly striving to become better at what I do, so that one day I can reach my goal and become the trainers trainer.

What I love about coaching

I  know that I can come in and literally change somebody’s life everyday

I love coming in and seeing everyone that walks in, knowing that they will get a good workout

It allows me to be a leader

It has made me the person I am today

I get to be apart of special moments.

Coaching allows me to influence people’s lives in a positive way

I get to see a side of people that no one else really gets to see

It makes me 100% happy

It allows me to push people to become the best version of themselves

Personal likes and hobbies outside the gym

I love playing classic video games

Collecting Movies
