CrossFit Classes

Our regularly scheduled classes are held in a small group setting. Your tuition dues pay for the training you will receive from one of our world class coaches. We do not sign contracts or sell any type of gym "membership". We sell classes with our coaches that are charged monthly based on the number of classes you are wanting to attend. The coach will lead all attendees through mobility drills, a skill-based warm-up, and the Workout of the Day. Completion of On-Ramp is a pre-requisite to schedule classes.

We do our best to make our program affordable for everyone. We will work with you personally to find out what package works best to help you reach your goals and live a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

Fundamentals Program

Our Fundamental's program ensures you are ready to enter the regular CrossFit classes. During this time, we practice skill and technique, and review nutrition as well. The duration of the course is completely dependent on your ability to take cues from the coach and your current health status. Most people get through the session in about 1.5-2 hours. If for some reason the coach thinks you'll need follow up instruction, you'll be offered additional sessions at $40 per hour. Our coaches strive to present you with the best knowledge possible.

Drop-in

Visiting friends or family and need a place to WOD? In town on business? Drop by and get your workout in! (Please call ahead of time and show up early to fill out paperwork and demonstrate proficiency in techniques prior to joining the class.)

Private Coaching

While our group coaching classes do cater to most, we also offer private coaching sessions. Whatever your needs are (weight loss, performance, fitness, or health) this program is SURE to provide you with the environment necessary to reach your goals. We custom fit and tailor your workouts and nutrition to your specific needs.

*If you have done CrossFit for an extended period of time, are transferring from another box or have your Level-1 Certification, please speak with a coach about testing out of the On-Ramp program. The Test-out is $50 no-refundable. If you complete the test-out with a satisfactory score, we will credit your account with $30. If you fail the test-out, we keep the $50. and you'll need to schedule an On-Ramp session. Please be sure that you are proficient in all olympic/power lifts, basic gymnastics skills, and can show proper squat mechanics.
