Paleo Carrot Cake

The paleo version of this classic dish – via Primal Palate

Ingredients

  • 5 whole Carrot, Raw,  peeled and shredded
  • 1 cup Maple Syrup
  • 3/4 cup Coconut Flour, sifted
  • 1 Tbsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 10 Eggs
