I am a recovering control freak. I was hell-bent on a path of destruction fueled by good intentions. I wanted to handle everything myself. I was overextended and sloppy. The control freak ultimately fails at everything he touches. “But no one can do it as well as I do!” Man was I off.
The control freak refuses to grow his staff because no one is good enough, the clients won’t want to work with anyone else but him, and no one deserves to reap the benefits of HIS sweat and blood.
Its bullshit. The control freak is the person who takes a look around 30 years later to realize he’s really messed up. All of the hard work, the late nights, the “if you want something done right…” excuses have led here.
Its only when you realize that you can manage so much more by controlling the quality of your product through others, rather than keeping it all on your shoulders, that you will tip the scale towards true success. Once you learn to delegate responsibilities, take the time to mentor a staff, and share the successes… You’ll experience your best days.

Advanced- 8 sets of 7 reps
Intermediate– 10 sets of 5 reps
Beginner– 7 sets of 5 reps

Hollow Body Push up
Advanced- 8 sets of 8 reps
Intermediate– 9 sets of 5 reps
Beginner– 11 sets of 3 reps
