Today we’re working on core strength and stability. This will play a vital role in your ability to hold a strong position throughout your gymnastics movements.

Slow down today. Be Patient. Be Grateful. There’s not a single person you will work with today that has to be there with you. Her or she is there by choice. These people choose to honor you with their time, money, and trust. Go a little slower today. Savor the time with people who believe in you. Say thank you often today. Shake a few extra hands, buy someone a cool drink, give a little extra in each interaction. You are living life on your own terms and that means everything in a world where so few people enjoy what they do for a living. Enjoy your life and the people in it today, you deserve it, and most importantly, they deserve and extra thank you for making your life possible.

MOVEMENTS & SETS
Reverse Tabatta L-Sit (10 Second hold, 20 sec rest= 1 Rnd)
Advanced- 18 rounds, feet stay above hips
Intermediate– 14 rounds (Use higher set up if needed)
Beginner– 12 Rounds (Tuck, use higher set up if needed)

Hollow Body Rock
Advanced- Accumulate 3 minutes (Hands up legs straight)
Intermediate– Accumulate 3 minutes (hands by your side)
Beginner– Accumulate 3 minutes (no rock, knees tucked)
