Kids Krewe is an opportunity for kids 5-17 years old to develop strength, coordination, agility, and endurance in a safe and fun learning environment. We focus on confidence building through general physical preparedness. We understand that not every athlete is on the same level of physical ability, so our movements and weights are scalable and safe for everyone!
Our first priority is the safety and effectiveness of the program. Kids and Young Adults 5-17 are welcome to drop in for one free class, contact Coach Kailyn to schedule your drop in!
