Here’s the deal.
I love greens…they’re a great source of vitamins, fiber and antioxidants. BONUS: they’re super cheap. However…am I the only one that is afraid to cook greens? Maybe it’s because my family never ate collards growing up, but I’ve always been intimidated to cook them on my own. Until now. (If I type it and publish it, I have to actually make it, right?!)
