GMSP Cycle 1 Day 6

Squats on Squats on Squats. If you have been squatting this past week, you’ve now realized that this program I’ve put together is no joke lol. Majority of the weeks will follow the system of heavy first days, front/overhead (yes we will go overhead…but not much though.) second days, then light loads for the third day. Make sure to warm up with the squats and get comfortable being below parallel. I wont bombard you too much with words on this post (mainly because it late and I’m still unpacking) so today I’m just going to write it out. Week 3 Starts now!

Back Squat:
warm up
10reps w/barbell
5reps w/30%
5reps w/50%
5reps w/60%
2rep w/75%

-then-
Back Squat
6×3 @85-90%

Note:If you feel good at 85% then go to 90%. of not STAY at 85%
