Well, we’ve finally reached the end of the program and let me tell you it wasn’t easy. On a positive note, If your always looking for rep schemes to squat too you can always follow one of the days. If you PR’d then congrats! The Idea behind this was simply to be under a heavy barbell for as long as possible. Don’t be alarmed you can start the program at any time. Just be sure to follow all the rules labeled on day 1. With that out of the way now. I’m gonna tell you guys what my next project will be to help you guys become better athletes………DRUM ROLL PLEASE!!!!!!!
