Joining Process

  • Step 1

    Check out the site and get familiar with what we have to offer.
  • Step 2

    Drop In to one of our free CrossFit WOD's held every Saturday at 9 a.m. to meet our coaches, members, and some new friends. All abilities are welcome to attend! If you have CrossFit experience, drop in to one of our CrossFit classes during the week. The first visit is always free!
  • Step 3

    Choose the membership or pass that works best for your lifestyle. If you have questions don't hesitate to give us a call or shoot us an email.
