The perfect candidate for our Fitness program is someone who is comfortable performing the 9 foundational movements: Air Squat, Front Squat, Overhead Squat, Press, Push Press, Push Jerk, Deadlift, and Clean. This doesn’t mean you have to be a pro, just having an understanding of these movements and what they should look and feel like will set you up for success in this program. The Fitness program is where we build on your solid foundation and delve into improving your movement patterns and work to develop a higher level of skill and competence. Our Fitness program is 1 hour of 100% traditional CrossFit.
This program includes:
Constantly varied high intensity functional movements
Mid level to Advanced level gymnastics and barbell movements.
10-15 minutes of skill work in each class.
5-50 minutes of high intensity training including Hero and Benchmark CrossFit workouts
You will see much more barbell movements included in this program
Powerlifting movements like the Back Squat, Deadlift, and Press
Olympic Lifting movements including Snatch and Clean & Jerk.
A wide range of body weight and gymnastics movements will be taught.
