In teams of 2, complete:

4×4 minute AMRAPS
1. partner 1 does 20 box jumps & 20 pushups
partner 2- 400m run
switch (partner 1 runs, partner 2 completes the box jumps and push ups)
2. partner 1: 30 KB dead lifts, 30 leg lifts
partner 2: 400m run

3. partner 1: 40 air squats, 40 KB swings
partner 2: 400m run

4. partner 1: 100m row, 10 wall balls
partner 2: 400m run

*score is total number of reps combined
