Strength: Back Squat
build to heavy 5 rep, then 8min EMOM- 2 back squats

Conditioning: 1 round for max reps:
2 minutes max cal row
1 min rest
2 minutes max wall balls
1 minute rest
2 minute max pull ups (Rx+ rope climbs)
1 minute rest
2 minutes max burpees
1 minute rest
