Baseline Run:

5k Goal:
1.5 miles at 5k goal pace followed by 1.6 miles slow run/jog/walk. Total of 3.1 miles

10k Goal:
3 miles at 10k goal pace, 3.2 slow run/jog. Total 6.2 miles.
