The Workout of The Day Is:

Skill/strength: 4×4 @ 75% of your max squat snatch
(try to avoid power snatch into overhead squat)

Conditioning:
3×4 minute AMRAP
10 pull ups
10 tall box jump overs (30/24)
100 ft run
2 minutes rest between sets
