The Workout of the Day is:

Skill: Power Clean/Box jump/Hand release Push up

Five sets of:
Power Clean x 1.1.1
(rest 10 seconds between singles)
Rest 20 seconds
Tall Box Jumps x 5 reps
Rest 3 minutes

Five Rounds each for time:
6 Power Clean
(use 75-80% of weighted used for three singles)
12 Hand-release Push-Ups
Run 200 meters
Rest 1 Minute
