The Workout of the Day is:

KB Warm-up – 3 rounds not for time
10 swings, 10 snatch, 10 goblet squats
without dropping KB. Rest as needed between rounds.

Then:

Clean 1-1-1-1-1-1-1
Then: Clean pull 3×3 @ 110% of heaviest lift
Then: 400 m sprint for time
